About Me

Crafting has always been a part of my life, beginning when I was a little girl thumbing through a 1970's craft book my aunt gave me. In highschool I started sewing and made my jr. homecoming dress, among other items. I studied Home Economics at The Master's College and recieved a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Clothing Construction. I have worked for Viking and Pfaff sewing machines, as an Alterations Manager for David's Bridal, and currently sew from my home.

Since I had my son in February 2008, my interests have also expanded to baby items and accessories. My favorite burp cloths to use were gifts from my friends who embellished them with cute flannels and cottons. Not only are they cute, they create a good, thick barrier between my clothes and whatever happens to come out of my son's mouth! I have made some of my own, which are on sale in my Etsy store

I have been married to my husband for sever years and, as mentioned above, we just had our first son in February 2008.
